A file can be perfectly prepared for production and still fail the job it was created to do.
The dimensions may be correct.
The resolution may be high enough.
The bleed may be set properly.
The colors may print beautifully.
But what if the phone number is difficult to read?
What if the QR code does not work?
What if the most important message gets lost?
What if the piece looks polished, but does not clearly tell the reader what to do next?
At Forget Me Not Studios, we believe a printed piece deserves two kinds of attention before it goes into production.
Production Quality
Will it print correctly?
We look at the details that affect how the finished piece is physically produced—such as size, resolution, bleed, file setup, color, stock, finish, and trimming.
Purpose Quality
Will it work the way it is supposed to?
We also look at the piece through the eyes of the person receiving it.
- Is the message clear?
- Is the important information easy to find?
- Does the design support the business?
- Are the contact details correct?
- Will the reader know what to do next?
- Is the format appropriate for how the piece will actually be used?
Because a beautifully printed piece that does not communicate clearly is still an expensive mistake.

Do I have to buy something if I talk with you?+
No. There is no obligation to purchase anything from Forget Me Not Studios.
The purpose of the conversation is to understand what you're trying to accomplish and help determine whether we have a print solution that makes sense for you.
If the answer is no—or you simply decide not to move forward—that's completely okay.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?+
Not at all.
You may know the exact product, size, quantity, and specifications you need—or you may simply know what you're trying to accomplish.
Either is a perfectly good place to start.
Who designs my printed piece?+
If you already have finished artwork, we can start there.
If you need help creating or refining the design, let us know. We can discuss what level of design support your project needs before anything moves forward.
Do you charge for design work?+
It depends on the project and the amount of design work involved.
Simple adjustments and a completely new design are very different projects, so we'll let you know what design support is needed and whether there is an additional cost before you approve the project.
How long will it take to receive my order?+
Turnaround time depends on the print product, quantity, production requirements, and delivery method.
If you are working toward a specific event or deadline, tell us at the beginning of the conversation so we can help determine what is realistically possible.
We'll confirm the expected timeline before you place your order.
What if I'm not sure whether you print what I need?+
Ask us.
You don't need to search through a giant product catalog or know the printing-industry name for what you have in mind.
